Growing up as a Pastor's child didn't insulate Crystal against the turmoil of life that many youth experience. Crystal had an idyllic childhood but struggled with self-esteem and honesty issues.  That caused  her to choose the world's way to fit in with her peers . . . especially when she left home to enter college. Even though her choices brought her to the edge of despair, God showed up in the midst of heartrending circumstances to show her the way home. Themes include: Lying, Self-Esteem, Addiction, Insecurity, Loneliness, Suicide . . . replaced by God's redeeming love.
